Hi Team,


I have just checked my account, so there was an amount of INR 35000 pending there. after couple of minutes i feel like to play and i tried to cancel the transition the transition was cancelled however the money was not credited in my account... I just had a chat with jason he is telling me that he can see the money but i would not be able to see it.... I am sending the chat history and account please help me to withdraw this money. Would appropriate if you can update me for this asap.

Please rest assured that we take queries of this nature very seriously. A number of internal personnel have investigated this matter, and it has also been escalated to our software provider. As has been discussed privately with the player, the investigations found no evidence of foul play and the matter, as far as Indio Casino is concerned, is closed.
