Lucky Emperor Casino - Gave me misleading information regarding their bonus

I made deposit of 40$ ,but few days ago i contacted the live chat support ,to tell me will i get their welcome bonus,because my account there was open long time ago,the chat support confirmed me that i will get the welcome bonus of 100% match deposit bonus.So today i made my deposit and again asked the chat will i be given the welcome bonus.The lady from chat told me to log in after 20 minutes and i would be able to claim the offer,but after more then 30 minutes again i contacted them,so for the third time and i was told that i wont be able to get the bonus.So i was mislead by the casino,why after 2 attempts i was told i would get the bonus and the third time not??? So my opinion is that ,they dont even check our accounts,so if they did i wouldnt get that answer twice.I would like my bonus to be given or my funds to be returned.If i am in the risk group of players and get treatment like this i wont deposit anymore there.Not serious casino!!!

Based on player's last comment we consider this case as solved. However, Lucky Emperor's Live Chat facility could take some measures and make sure players are not getting a misleading bonus related information.
