i have been playing at miami club casino for a while now, depositing my far share of money(never use any bonus codes) there without and problems. Finally I win ...gave most of it right back . .anyways I ensured all document were in to be verified for a withdraw before ever making one so I'm good to go......I made a withdrawl on dec 28,2013 ........the first time I contacted customer support I was told it takes 10 business days ..........so I have had no emails from miami club untill yesterday 1-17-2014 like 5 of them all for a bonus code just an advert­ize­men­t..........y­est­erday I contacted customer support and now they are saying they emailed telling me of a government seizure and whatnot and whatever.... So the support personal sends me a copy of the supposed email after being gone for 5-10 min ( my guess is to write the email) anyhow its just funny they have no issues taking but giving......?­??­???????

Please trust us that this is not a regular situation for us. All the transactions are made on time as we don't want any of our players to be frustrated or to loose the trust in our casino.

Everything that is related to deposits or withdrawals involves intermediate banks and when it comes to send a wire to US there may be some complications. Unfortunately, this time there were some issues that you were informed about via email by Sabrina, once we received this notification from our bank. We cannot know in advance when the US Government will pursuit the wires we send. And I hope you can understand this is not something we can have control over.

Again we are sorry about this delay, and please trust that at the moment this is a priority and you will receive your winnings.

We work on it and once the funds debit our bank account you will receive an email from our finance department. As I checked with them now we hope to have the wire sent to you tomorrow. I will also follow up on this and will keep you updated.

Hello. The wire was sent yesterday I was just waiting for the bank to confirm to us that the money debited our account, before I will give you the updates. Please check with your bank in 3 days, you should receive the money by than. We hope the wire will be in your account even earlier.
