Miami Club Casino - Haven't received withdrawal

This is the complaint that I sent to Miami Club Casino Re: my withdrawal that was approved after I sent the documents that they required. I haved cut and pasted relevant email

messages that were sent to me regarding this withdrawal.


I have a withdrawal for $355 all of the papers were approved. should

be here next week , a chat rep said. My concern is the second

withdrawal of $75 which was minus $45 for the wire transfer fee,

leaving me with $30 withdrawal. The chat rep said that the second

withdrawal should not have been taken because it was below $150 so two

chat reps put in a request to have the $30 plus the $45 wire fee that

was taken out of the $75 put back into my account. why have I not heard

back from antyone? Why is this so difficult to do?

Below is the last response I got from this casino. I now cannot access the chat line from the casino, only from the webpage, when I can access it and emails to the finance dept keep coming back unsent.

This casino has no phone number either. I contacted the chat line today 3/15/13 and was told that the technical issues of my not being able to access their website or do chat through the downloaded casino will be reported.
