mFortune casino refuse to pay my winnings and abuse me in various ways!

I register that casino, invited by affiliate forum. My nickname there is snakemf. After i got their 5 free, i play and start liking their games. I invite couple of friends by using their program invite a friend. After my friends join i receive 50% of their first deposit, so i had a bank and start playing. I build up about 280 euro bank, few days later my account was blocked with no notification or something. When i contact support they said im colluding or something which was a total lie. After a long searching and problems i found their affiliate manager, his name is Victor Stinga. I contact that guy via Skype, he was the first person of their abusive casino which try to help me. After 5 days investigation casino reopen my account and sow i had nothing to do with the charges they said. I was able to login and use my account. First thing i made was to make a deposit so i can collect all my winnings. I made 5 euro deposit via moneybookers and my balance was in total of 290 euro. I play few casino games and low down my balance to 225 euro, then i decide to cash it out. I request the cash out on 01.03.2013 and problems begin again. After a lot of emails they said they was cashed out 50 euro and the rest 150 euro was removed from my account this is because of their fair policy or some bulshit like that. I check their rules again and their fair policy said that:

8. Any promotion offering a free bonus without the need for the player to ever make a deposit is covered by a fair usage policy and the maximum withdraw a player can make without depositing is £200 for Uk players and £50 for none UK players.

But as we can see i have the deposit made here are the logs:

After i contact support for may 1001 time, and explain them that i had deposit and taking 150 euro from me with no reason is not fair. I got reply from them saying:

"Due to anomalies in your game play our securities team have closed your

account due to suspicions of collusion in poker. This is a breach of our

terms and conditions therefore your account will remain closed and your

winnings are null and void."

Of course i contact them explaining the situation again i just feel like they try to foolish me at every possible way not to pay me. The last mail is:

The account is open but you will not be able to use hold em poker on this

account. A payment of £50.00 was processed on 05.03.13 this is due to a

fair usage policy.

They just dont know what they are talking, or its a good planed policy to abuse their clients and hold their winnings.

Now 08.03.2013 my account is open the balance is 0, and my cash out of 200 euro are not send, still not received, and every time i ask them how much they send they say they send only 50 and remove all other balance.

This is not the hole story for about month and a half i experience tons of problems with that casino the friends i make the mistake to invite in it feel the same way.

Mfortune I WANT MY MONEY IN MY BANK ACCOUNT!!!

Today 14.03.2013 I got paid 50 of 200, the other amount is gone ! When i check my account - its locked AGAIN... Mfortune i want my 150 euro to my bank account and explanation why you close my account again ? Don't you get tired of abuse me and my affiliates?

I am sorry, but as i told you you were given a FREE BONUS that is restricted and terms and conditions apply. Distorting the facts and posting on forums will not change anything.

Like i already told you there, me and my referrals had nothing to do with your fiction of colluding, and like i post in the logs before my request of 200 euro i made a deposit, its obvious and you confirm that. As a fair member when you open my account i thought investigation is finished and you sow that casino made mistake by closing accounts with that fake reason. So i login made deposit play few games lost an amount, and request my cash out. I never blackmail you or what ever, but if you want i can post all mail history so people can see how the casino treat their customers. If you really experience problems with colluding group then please make your software good enough to make difference from normal players and colluding players. By closing my account you cut my hands to handle with my money, and the only explanation i receive for more than 2 weeks was NOTHING.Please be so good dont insult me telling - I'm screaming, because i never scream and i never insult you. If you didnt close my account i can make deposit and keep all my money but unfortunately your lame support accuse me without reason and cut my hands... So as i said after i sow investigation is finished i do what i have to do to keep my funds. Only a idiot will give up from 280 euro for an deposit of 5 euro. So be so kind and don't use that "fair policy" which is nothing fair at it to keep 150 euro that i won on the tables. This money is not mfortune money, this is other players money real depositors. And by abuse me in this way you abuse your clients too.

AskGamblers please don't close the complaint, they still don't pay my full bank.

First my account was blocked then investigated if they ever investigate something, then reopened, after that even i made the required deposit they still send my 50 instead of 200 EURO, and now my account is blocked again. Everything looks like they just wonder what to tell me and not pay my money. Where is the logic to promote bonuses for refer a friend and after some one refer his friends you start to abuse them?!? Why you give refer a friend bonus of 50% of his first deposit when you don't pay the winnings? Even i made the required deposit you still refuse to pay MY fair won money? And don't talk me for colluding, because the only colluding is from support@ complaint@ and etc on your site which i suspect all this mails are handled by a single person. If me or someone else abuse your rules you will never pay nothing but when you sow you accuse us for nothing you pay part of the money and continue to search a reason not to pay everything ... PURE SCAM!

Pay the rest of my 150euro and be a honest casino. You ruin your reputation by making this gipsy tricks.

You repeat one and the same thing, don't you? I don't care about your bugs or whatever the fact i made deposit and it was 5 euro not 4, it is FACT. So you have to pay my full request of 200 euro not only 50 and steal 150 winnings + 5 euro deposit. And stop repeating i blackmail your stupid support, because i never do something like this, even they are so rude and incompetent. And about the stupid fake blame about colluding, it was pure try to delay my money and a try to steal them. If there was abusers from my country and somehow you connected me with them, there have to be a way to investigate and find is this true or your system make mistake. Because if i sited on a table and play with some of this abusers its perfectly normal with this traffic on the site, at rush hour there was 3 tables only so i have to sit on some table and play, if there was a colluders its not my fault. So when you open my account and give me access to it, for me that was fair and i understand you sow the investigation are finished and i had nothing to do with your stupid blame, but now you say you cant take decision, is that my problem? Your lame support cant make a normal investigation, cant answer a normal email, all the staff on this site is SCAM. A withdraw on this site can took up to 1 month plenty of emails and tons of lies, until you take your money on your bank...

If you don't pay my rest of 150 euro which you hold on your site for me and for everyone which observe this topic you are PURE SCAM, nothing but fishing site, collecting documents, lieing customers, and even stealing deposits. May be you are correct for UK customers but for out landers you are simple abusers.
