i won 100 €. later i deposit 20€ via skrill and i requested withdrawl to skrill for amount 120€.. then here comes the problems. they needed my id card,my credit card copy , utility bill and some statement that they send me. i send them everything. later i send them bill of electric on father name because i live in his house. i also have phone verification. i send them 20 mails. every time when i ask about this get answer that they coordinating with processors. i think i have send them enough proof. I requested withdrawl on 7.2.. So in few days will be almost a month and still nothing?? really?

i have update:
yesterday they approved my withdraw after i send them one more document to proff. Now i wait to receive money. They say it take 5-7 working days.

Based on player's chat with our support agent where he informed us that he was fully paid by a casino, we consider this case as resolved and it is now officially closed.
