after reading through the terms and conditions i have now came across this on their site

This complaint is reopened upon casino request. The management is changed, so new one would love to take care of this issue.

i would love for this matter to be resolved as it was 'NEVER' solved as i did not get any reply from 'Mega Casino' after my last comment which you will be able to see from the above comments. Thanks in advance for you'r help.

Our apology for the long time it took us to react to your last question. A mega casino support agent will contact you via email to get more details about your complain in 2013 to see if it was not already handled back than and if not - why not and what can be done.

Hi thanks for the reply. I haven't yet received an email from yourself as i will look forward to getting this matter sorted and hopefully with a positive result at that the end, just so you are aware all my above comments is my only communication with 'MEGA CASINO' so as you will be able to see the level of service i got was utterly disgraceful and has made me feel let down and disappointed, but now with new management hopefully this can be dealt with a matter of urgency, look forward to hearing from yourself.

yes i was told the same thing time and time again to read the t&c's which i have done several times, and i still cant see where it say's about the max cash-out of £100 with the 5 free spins (which is the bonus i received) however i do clearly see in the t&c's about there being 'NO MAX CASH-OUT' i made a deposit with the impression that once i had done this i would be able to withdraw 'MY WINNINGS' and this obviously didn't happen, i sent numerous emails with no reply so this i why i took my complaint onto 'ASKGAMBLERS' and as you can see again i hut a brick wall as all it got was a copied & pasted response from your t&c's on the site. which were the completely different to the t&c's based on the '5 FREE SPIN BONUS' so as far as i'm concerned this was never dealt with and still isn't dealt with.

Player wasn't familiar with a Terms and Conditions of the promotion, and Customer support clearly explain what the terms are. On the other hand casino can't be held responsible for 3rd party promotion. This complaint is resolved.
