Manhattan Slots - declined Jackpot winnings

I have more than 4 times sent my persoal identity and verification forms of to Manhattan Slots Casino. I had a sign up bonus made the playthrough then won the Jackpot! and have faxed and emailed everything multiple times ad keeps being declined (I have 3100.00 left in winnings of jackpot of $6200.00.) Their csr reps say I can only claim $150.00 of earnings and lose the rest. But it's still in my account and they wont let me receive a courier check or transfer pymnt to my debit card but they sure accepted my deposit from my card! I thought if you win the jackpott and have played through you are entitled to your winnings.-this has been going on a month now. Please help!

Hi natalierogiers,

I have had a look in to the documents that you sent in, unfortunately they are too blurry and you are sending the same documents over and over. I would advise that you try to get better copies. If you have a smart phone (iphone etc) you can use this to take the pictures and email. Alternative you can use web-cams, digital cameras, or scan at 300dpi.

In regards to the max cash out rule, you did win from a $30 free sign up chip, all non deposit sign up chips have a maximum cash out of 5x the bonus. 5x $30 is $150.

I have received a msg from Manhattan Slots in regards to my emails on proof of id and will send a color copy faxed to them later today. My color copies emailed from my phone are not clear and have sent to them over 5x now. Also will do so about High Noon account. It's under different name of Natalie86127. They said they couldn't find the account and it's not under same username. But will take care of this today and hopefully for the final time.

Hi askgamblers.

The last time we received documents was on the 14th May, unfortunately we were unclear. We are still waiting a copy of the card used to deposit, and the ID. In addition to this we will need a bill for another address as there is multiple accounts. Once we have this we can begin the withdrawal process.
