Upon taking the 35 dollar usd bonus I subsequently managed to wager through the playthrough and made a withdrawal after depositing the 25 usd for Neteller Verification.

At the same Time I also submitted the nessesary documents for Kyc Verification Drivers licence , bank statement , and Neteller Screenshot for my payment method.

I received communication via email of receipt of the documents and were told they were forwarded to finance and also a confirmation email that the cashout was processing.(18.2.16)

I've been informed by live support that the 72 hour pending period has expired and noted that withdrawals take 2 business days. We are now sitting on 2 business days and support said finance would email me tommorow to confirm that I would receive the winnings.(24.2.16)

I consider the situation to be marely delay tactics and also I noted my withdrawal is still reversable after 6 days after noting that withdrawals are only reversable for a short period of time.

Would be really great if someone could assist me please the amount in question is 175.5 Usd .
Another reason for the delay could simply be poor communication skills between departments either way would be good to get things cleared up.

Malibu paid the winnings after I chatted a few times to live support and contacted the vip manager the issue is resolved.
