Hello Askgamblers, my name is Michael ***********. 2 weeks ago I had registered a account from AG site and received 25 Euro ndb bonus which allowing 150 winning maximum. So, I had claimed the promo and played very long time until finish wagering. As I think the wagering requirements are not 35X, it must be more than 70X or may be 100X where very hard to met wagering requirements to be finished, However after met wagering requirements I had try to contact support where nobody was present into lobby. After that I collect their email address to contact with them. I also send my verification documents as part of requirements. After couple of days they requested again my verification documents, so I again sent same details to them. 2 days later I got a reply I should make a initial first deposit in order to withdraw my winning 150 Euro. Instantly I had deposited 25 Euro from my e-wallet and informed them via email that my initial deposit had been done. After that they replied they need verbal verification though out my cell phone. Well, I replied them to call me at any time they like to call for verbal verification. "Karine" casino representative had called me last week who was very polite and nice Representative took my verbal verification details and had confirmed me everything from e had been done and my winning is now coming to my way after the weekends (Evidence Attached). In the summery of my complaint, I had requested my first withdraw on 8th march and today is 14th March but still now I didn't receive my payment 175 Euro. I went to live chat today and found "Mark" who said they are not going to pay my legitimate winning because my country is restricted and wanted to refund my deposit . Then I explained him he might be wrong where my country is accepted to play and 25 Euro ndb bonus offered me to play into my email box by casino management. Then He changed his mind and ask me to wait more to receive a answer.(Evidence Attached)

Now, the purpose of my complaint is how come they refuse to pay my small winning where I am accepted to play there and I never breached any terms? If I or my country is truly restricted to play there then why they requested documents from me in order to verify my account? why they asked me to make initial first deposit and why they took phone verification and promised me that my payment of 175 Euro is on the on the way after weekend? Dear Askgamblers help me please if you can where they are now trying to stalling my payment 175 Euro!

I was waiting last 7 days where my payment 175 Euro should be processed after 3 days made a withdraw request. However, I see "Whirney" promised my payment will be processed by today. Now I am looking forward to receive my full payment 175 Euro. Thank you Whirney and Askgamblers.

Hello again,

I got an unacceptable email from Malibu Club casino few minutes ago. They stated that I am from restricted country which is completely false (Evidence Attached). They verified my documents,they took phone verification and took 25 Euro deposit for method verification but now they say this absurd lies.All evidences I am providing to resolve my issue. Please help me to get my legitimate winning 150 Euro plus my deposit 25 Euro in total 175 Euro.

After published all evidences into complaint section I have received final promise that they will pay my withdrawal 175 Euro by tomorrow. "Gabriel" from casino's finance department had confirmed me into email. (Their email attached). So, now I am looking forward to receive my payment 175 Euro tomorrow. Thank you.
