Box24 Casino - Trying to cashout, but they do not reply and care about it

hello. I am samarth shenoy from India. I use to play with bet365 sino many years and then I also joined box24 as i found their bonus offer.

as a responsible gambler I play safe allways and also send all documents at the time of registration or soon.

I made 900 dollars out of 25 dollar's bonus given by box 24. I also sent all my documents to them to verify. but it's been 2 days I did not get any reply. I am eligible to withdraw dollar 100 but no one Is replying. when i contact chat support they speak rudely. they answer is I need to wait.

as a cutomer I have rights to know when I will get reply. and they say cant say for sure.

I kindly request ask gamblers to resolve my issue. I have also met all the guidelines and also met wager requirements. but the are responding at all. I am affraid now with box24 now and worried to plan with box24casino. plz help.

I spoke with the head of casino who confirmed that you still need to make a deposit in order to cash out as per the free chip terms.

Regarding the rude member of staff mentioned in your post, this will be investigated fully and the necessary action will be taken.
