Jumped through all their ridiculous hoops for the £1400 I wanted to withdraw, there was no bonus attached whatsoever. Sent them all my id, phone verification etc, at the phone verification (which took them a WEEK to do) they said my id had all been confirmed and that my withdrawal would now be processed, AFTER I had to run around trying to change my withdrawal method as supposedly they couldn't do it by visa card and wanted to do it by bank transfer, was expecting funds in any day now to check the website and the withdrawal is back in my account!!!! This site is an absolute JOKE and now waiting to hear what the hell happened, chap is meant to phone me back within the house, somehow I don't think that's going to happen! i did everything they told me to do and they told me my withdrawal would now be processed, and now it's back in the account! This site is a joke, fuming.

Also, update, said they couldn't do my security verification (despite someone ringing me, asking me questions, said its all done and that my withdrawal would be processed) which is why the funds were put back in my account, they then said that's a different telephone verification, to which I responded well why hasn't anyone even tried to call me them? I've called them several times and told them they can ring me whenever I'm available but nothing. So so so angry at this point.

still doesn't explain why they went through a whole ridiculous thing in the first place which the way they have done the withdrawal now despite nothing having changed, the withdrawal now goes through. joke of a website would recommend avoiding to everyone. complaint closed
