Hi , i have a Problem with the Casino luckydino i waiting since 2 weeks for getting fixed error.
I played Electric Diva on 1,60/1,80 bet getting after 3-4 Bad Freespins to max Hit 35 freespins/5x after 2 spins the gamecrash and i cant join it since 2 weeks.. sorry for my bad english i hope u can help me i have screenshot of the bug.

and livesupport still saying they massage Provider of the game and i have to wait... but i dont think they do it..

I'm so sorry to hear that solving this particular incident has taken so long.

The sad fact is that solving stuck Microgaming game rounds can be rather lengthy process due to the fact that we have to send the issue to them. They have to investigate the issue and then send us a response.

We certainly reported the case to the game provider as soon as we got informed regarding the issue by you. It makes absolutely no sense to not try to help our valued customers when they experience errors at our site.

I would appreciate if you can send a new screenshot where I can see the url field and current date and time as well. I’ll would like send a new screenshot to the game provider to speed up the process...

another week over without help... i lost befroe 1200€ that is ok but i get maybe comeback.. then game crash kay... then no real answer all time microgaming dont answerluckydino... please come on i dont think a brand like microgaming need over weeks for anwser...
