Lucky247 Casino - Withdrawal troubles...

I play a lot at online casino's, and I never have a problem at any of them with a withdrawal and the requested documents.

I played Lucky247 since begin december 2013, and got a bit lucky and won € 600,- and requested a withdrawal. I got an e-mail asking for some documents for proof of my ID.

No problem, I had to do this at al the casino's I play at.

First I did send a copy of my ID and a copy of my bank account (no older than 3 months), after two days i got the request to send a utility bill (no older than 3 months), i did that also.

Now i got an e-mail that they couldnt accept these documents because they are internetstatements, but the documents are 100% real documents from my bank and utility provider.

So now they wont pay out, this is really the first time ever and a big let down.

Could you get in contact the casino for me, and ask them to process my withdrawal as requested, if they need any other documents that is no problem of course !

i got this e-mail from lucky247:

"We can confirm the receipt of your documents in which you will be pleased to know that we have forwarded your information to our finance team for the processing of your withdrawal"

I think this means they accepted my latest documents, I let you know if I get an e-mail claiming that the withdrawal is processed.

ps. it was a withdrawal of 450,- and 150,- together 600,-

I went to the site and the 450,- is stating "work in progress"

Just got an e-mail with the question of when they could call me.

Got on the chat with Timothy and he called me, asking questions to validate my account.

It was a fine conversation, and my registration will be updated, if i understood hin correctly my withdrawal would be processed on monday.

I will let you know when i get an e-mail or when the withdrawal is in my bank account !

Hi Davey,

Glad that all your troubles have been sorted with the call centre.

It is not unusual for a casino not to accept an online statement as these can be altered.

Your withdrawal will indeed be processed tomorrow (Monday) afternoon.

Got on chat just a minute ago, withdrawal was still not proccesesd, but would be shortly

Support: I cannot confirm that as only our Finance Team can, however I can confirm that all details have already been verified.

Support: So it will not be much longer now.

Support: You will receive direct confirmation from our Finance Team as soon as it has been processed.

I will update as soon as I have got the mail or withdrawal in my account, the contact with Lucky247 Casino an there support is still very good to this moment !

As explained by the call centre it will indeed say "work in progress" until such time as we receive confirmation from the third party payment agent that the monies have been received.

Once again we can confirm that the funds left our account on Monday, as agreed.

The money is in my bank account as promised, the post can be closed.

Lucky247 had a bumpy start for me, but with there great Support en likewise promotions it is surely a casino I will play again, thank you !
