Lucky Red Casino Never Paid Me My Winnings!

I deposited money and played at lucky red casino, and won some money. My casino balance was $4,000.11, On October 22, 2015, I submited a withdrawal for $3,991.11 and was charged a $9 process fee, which left my account balance at 0.00 On October 23, 2015, my withdrawal was Authorized, (see attached email proof). On same date October 24, 2015, my withdrawal was Processed, (see attached email proof). Today is October 29, 2015, and i have surprising found that i am unable to log into my LuckyRed Casino account, it has been closed. And i have not received my winnings. I have never been robbed by a casino before since i started playing online years ago, this would be a first. i was recommended to the lucky red casino website via a chat forum. And i wish i never listened to the recommendation. I am perplexed, and waiting for my winnings that i never received from these people.

Following your win and resulting cashout, the funds were returned to us after the card used failed to accept them. From this, further investigations were made and it was discovered that you broke term 19 of the casinos terms and conditions relating to multiple bonus rounds being stored.

Term 19...
19. Players are permitted only one pending game at any one time. In cases where players have multiple pending games any balance in the account may be forfeited.

As you had multiple games pending before the cashout while the balance remained, the cashout should never have gone ahead. The fact it was declined by the card issuer then led to your account being closed and deposits refunded . No winnings will be paid.

your lying about the card not accepting funds, my bank told me nothing of the sort was attempted to be sent to my card. next i will file with the gambling commission if you don't pay me my winnings. I have read many complaints about your casino where you use excuses to avoid paying players their winnings. you authorized and processed my withdrawal to be paid out, i never received funds, do send me my winnings. all this other stuff your taking is nothing more than stall tactics and a bunch of BS

Hi wan26, we have reviewed the play and see exactly what has happened here. You had multiple bonus rounds stored which as you know breaks the terms and conditions of the casino. We do not make a habit of not paying players unless terms and conditions have been broken, as in this case.

So we are authorizing, and processing payments to be paid out, to unauthorizing and unprocessing payments to not be paid out. You guys are nothing more than a bunch of thieves.
