Hi,

I've been trying to make a withdrawal now for weeks. I have provided my passport, bank statement, utility bill and been over and back with Serge Emile Max and Carl. The last contact I had was when I sent in my bank statement and I was told that it was received, then I looked yesterday and the funds that were pending were back in my account! I like the casino and putting money into my account was no problem the games are fun and far but the guys seem to be making it very very hard to withdraw my funds. I just want confirmation that the withdrawal I have at the moment will go through OK!

Hi there,
Someone contact me on 24/12/14
Saying they get my card number wrong so i gave it the correct one to them.
They saying my founds has been paid out from them but will take 3-5 working days lets wait then we see if i got my founds in account next week.
I still don't understand why they have my card number wrong when i ised it only one card for deposits so withdrawal is same thing.
I will update if i hot any news from them.

All been resolved they paid out my winnings .
