withdrawal of 500 requested and was approved on june 6th 2012.
as of today July 24th 2012, same response "acct team will send out tracking #"
is this normal at this casino? i read another complaint on this site but looks like he finally got paid after two months. My withdrawal is getting close to that.. can you guys please send out the check!!

The casino manager has confirmed that a withdrawal was requested on 6/3/2012 and approved on 6/6/2012.

when i spoke to customer service they told me if i deposit more than 100, i would be able to withdraw the whole 500.. i received a check today for 50. Only reason i desposited the 100 was because you guys promised the 500. what happened here?

You played on this free chip, acheived playthrough and then requested a withdrawal.
As stated on our website the terms of a non deposit bonus (free chip) are:
"15a) Terms of Withdrawing Non Deposit Bonus. All wins from a non deposit bonus will only be paid out when a minimum of $100 has been deposited and played with in their account. A maximum of 2 non deposit withdrawals are available up to a maximum of $50"
The player whos requesting the withdrawal is to be an active player. This means they should of deposited a total amount of $100 in their player lifetime before the withdrawal can be despatched. This doenst necessarily mean a $100 deposit thats the players decision, could be $20 deposit one week, $40 the day later etc.
We urge all players to read the terms and conditions when creating an account and requesting a withdrawal to avoid any mistunderstandings.

before you tell players to read the terms and agreement.. I urge you to train your customer service. I dont have our conversation saved so i cant post but your representitive specifically said i will be able to withdraw the full amount "IF" I make a 100 deposit.. and whether i lose the money or not, I will be able to withdraw the money. This complain wont do any good but at least other people will know, sometimes your support team makes mistake of not knowing the rules themselves and do their best to have players deposit money... um... i guess problem solved.
I have passed your complaint onto the senior management so they can ensure that the customer services staff advise players playing on a free chip what the terms entail. We arent necessarily asking for you to deposit $100 at once. We are simply stating that as a real money player you would of deposited and played with $100 in your account since joining Lucky 18. So that could of been $20 one day, $35 a week later and so on.
Once again I sincerely apologise for any confusion caused and indeed the delay in despatching your withdrawal.
The paper check we sent via recorded mail last week should of been received.
