LSbet Casino - Unacceptable behaviour on self-exclusion

I'm trying to self-exclude from all my casino accounts, for the most of them it was pretty easy. But LsBet when i told them of my problem and that i want a self-exclusion, they offer me 10 Eur. This is unacceptable for someone who's trying to getting rid of gambling addiction. Please take a look at the attached screenshot.

We requested some documents to close your account. Please provide us with them and your requirement will be satisfied.
We have different loyalty bonus programs for our Casino players, so we offered bonus as usually. If you don't want to receive any bonuses and close account please send printed letter with request to close the account and picture of you with this letter. This is the way we are working with account closure.

I find this behaviour unnaceptable, you're taking advantage of my adicition by giving such a hard time..just to exclude my account. i dont have a printer at home, and you're asking to much just to self exclude...all the other casinos i've self excluded it was much more easier...a small talk by the chat and its done....but you're acting with bad faith...just to keep us more and more adicted! I've lost a lot of money in this casino. You should be punished by this behaviour!

Please send your request to [email protected] As soon as we have such email we can suspend your account with futher request for printed letter and photo.
LSbet.com doesn't refuse to close accounts and we've always replied to our Customers.
