LSbet Casino refuse to pay $9000

LSBET refuses to pay 9021 USD since March 2014. The deposit was of 300 and the bonus 300.

They asked for the following documents in order to verify the account and I sent it all by their request:

1. Picture holding a piece of paper with the account number written on it.

2. Picture holding Passport

3. Although I used NETeller they asked for a credit card, I sent them both sides of my VISA

4. They wanted to see a connection between my bank account and NETeller so I showed them a deposit from credit card to NETeller.

5. Passport

6. Utility Bill

7. They asked for an all time NETeller transactions history. I had to email NETeller and get an official letter and PDF file showing all transactions of all time since I opened the account. I sent them the full NETeller transactions details.

This is the letter I received from them after all of these documents -

LSbet.com has been unable to authenticate either your identity, or the
source of the funds in your account.

Therefore,your account has been closed for security reasons and will not
be re-opened. Please note that we provide no comments on the reason for
the closure, and are not entitled to.

Below please find the extract from our Terms and Conditions:

1.13. All bets at LSbet.com are accepted only in accordance with the
LSbet.com Terms and Conditions and are confirmation that the participant
in the wager knows these rules and agrees with them completely. If the
Player is suspected in fraud or manipulation, as well as in case of any
breach of the Terms and Conditions, the Betting Company reserves the
right to block the Player’s account and withheld any balance.

Nevertheless, we have concluded to pay out the total amount of your
initial deposit available on your account prior to receiving the bonus.

We are sorry that this final decision had to be reached.

1. First of all, we would like to thank you for your comment and your interest to LSbet Casino.


2. On 29.04.2014 in full accordance with p.3 of our Casino First Deposit Bonus
Terms and Conditions and p. 1.2.4.1 of our General Terms and Conditions we removed all the winnings made from your First Deposit Bonus and initial deposit and left the total amount of your original deposit only.

reserves the right to blacklist the players, void all winnings and
refund the original deposit to the player.

4. As mentioned in your comment above we were unable to authenticate neither your identity nor the source of the funds on your Neteller account.


5. As it has been previously mentioned in Live Chat session and our
correspondence, you may withdraw the total amount of your original
deposit only and as an exception made in good faith you may withdraw it
without any additional commissions or fees.

6. Please submit an appropriate withdrawal request for the entire amount
of the initial deposit.

7. This decision is final and irrevocable. We appreciate your

Because you have nothing specific to say you copy paste the whole terms and blame me of breaching it.

All I did is playingb y the rules and win at your Slots Machine.

All documents including faceshots were sent and you know exactly my identity was fully verified.

You had no more things to ask and no specific reason not to pay so you keep sending these lame replies

People should know you are a casino to avoid at all cost for not paying winnings nothing more and nothing simple than that

You again don't mention any specific reason, you you know is to say you didn't comply with the terms, people are not stupid and I am not stupid say here clearly what is the problem ? what is the exact term I didnt comply with,

Your act show how rogue casino you are, 2 times I asked and emails 100 times while you never replied, what is the exact term I breached. Did I play the wrong game ? no I played slots. Did I sent you the wrong documents ? no I sent all you asked including all the pictures holding requests you asked.

Did I win too much ? what is the problem ? be clear.

Don't just copy paste the terms and say you breached the terms, you escape like that for an answer to the public and to me, what is this player did wrong ? so we know to decide if we want to play there, what did he do wrong, tell us share with us or call yourself what you really are, a casino that decide not to pay just because you want to
