Planet 7 Casino - Loosing hope they will pay

I made a withdrawal for the amount of $2200 on sept 20th of this month and was told it was approved and sent to processor and is being 10 days now haven't heard from planet 7 staff. I have also read lots of reviews of how slow and not wanting to pay their players. I have made numerous deposit, I have also cancelled my withdrawal in the past due to frustration. Please I need help with getting my fund.
