I requested a $250 withdrawal on Monday morning. Then I spoke to customer service and asked if they can process my withdrawal as soon as possible. It is now Thursday and my withdrawal is still under pending status. Yesterday they said they had a technical problem, but my withdrawal request would be processed by the end of the day at the latest.
I'm still waiting. My account is fully verified and I have received withdrawals in the past. It is way past the 48 hour withdrawal period.

It's been nine days since I requested my withdrawal. Yesterday for the first time (after my withdrawal have been pending for a week long) I received a email that I must upload a scan of my card. I've done it now and are still waiting for their response. Customer service is dreadful!!!

Dear Ben

Hi. I am still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed or even confirmed. What is goping on as I requested it longer than a week ago? Customer service is of no help and don't even receive response from them. On the website it states that withdrawal time would be two business days not seven????
