Maria Casino - Long verification and poor customer service

I joined this casino last week 28/04/2016 and deposited I had a win and withdrew the winnings however this was returned to my account later that day as I needed to verify my account I sent of all the relevant details and was told to wait 48 hours for this to be verified I then played a little more with my winnings and won some more so withdrew that and it was placed on hold. After 72 hours I received an email saying they needed proof that I owened my debit card as they didn't think it was in my possession anymore even though I used it to deposit and they have let me use it since then to deposit. I sent this off on Friday and was told by Sunday afternoon it would be verified. This morning I received an email saying they didn't believe the bank card was mine and I needed to send it in I explained I had done this 48 hours ago and I was told yes they had received it and it would be processed in due course. I have now been waiting 6 days for this to be verified I keep getting different information of different people and I have a large amount in my account waiting to be withdrawan. I want to know why it is taking so long and also if they se so concerned about me using a debit card they don't think I own why have they let me to continue to deposit on it.

This has now been resolved by Maria casino took a long time to sort but finally got my winnings
