BGO Casino - Locked out of account, no response and no help!!

I joined BGO and deposited £100, which is quite a significant sum for me. The site crashed during my first session and when logging back in I entered my password incorrectly and was locked out of the system. It has now been a week and I have sent two emails to BGO with no response. I cant seem to access live chat either. At a loss and have lost faith in depositing money on this site!!
