I requested a withdrawal in September.

The winnings are on deposited cash, not free chips.

I have emailed support several times, this is the reply I received in October...

I'm terribly sorry for the delay of your payout. I know the wait time has been far longer than expected, but we're doing everything we can to have your payout processed as soon as possible. We've also made it a top priority to have our payout timeframes go back to normal so you won't have to wait this long again moving forward.

The reason you've been waiting this long is due to the current restrictions on our providers end. But we're putting new processors in place to handle both our backlog of requests and all new payouts.

Although I don't have a specific date as to when you'll receive your funds, I can assure you that we'll have it processed as soon as possible and send you another update accordingly.

Issue is still not resolved, funds have not been received. The first withdrawal request was made in May 2013. All funds must be received before any resolution.

As promised by Emily, this check was processed and sent on Dec 26. Generally, delivery occurs within 5-10 business days but the holidays have lengthen this timeframe a little bit. We have put a trace on this check but it should be received as early as this week or very latest next week.

This casino owes me 3000.00.

The winnings are from deposited monies, not a free chip.


My initial withdrawal request was made in May, 2013 and I have gotten nothing but promises.


I initiated this complaint in Dec 2013 and was out of town so it was closed because I did not reply within the allotted time.


I am back, still no money.


The below email is the last communication from the casino, it was sent on Jan. 9, 2014.

We are well past 5-10 business days.


Apologies for a 7 month (so far) delay in paying, and more promises, mean very little.

I deposited money, won, and want my winnings.


The case number given for my "­con­ven­ien­ce" is 245568.


I would encourage everyone who reads this to avoid this casino like the plague. If this is not resolved immediately I will be happy to post the names of other casinos that do pay in a timely fashion. There are reputable ones out there.

We heard back from our check processor who had returned the check due to State restrictions. We submitted a payout via Western Union and are just waiting to get the customer's pickup info. We should get it tomorrow or very latest next week. We will keep you updated.
