Lock Casino - Complete failure to pay withdrawal after 20 attempts

I played on both Poker side and casino side. I request a withdrawal in May 2013. I have not yet been paid despite numerous emails and phone calls from lock telling me every excuse in the book. I was told check was sent numerous times.

All withdrawal requests are being honored and paid out. I'm afraid they are just taking quite a bit longer than we would all like at the moment. But assure you, you will receive your funds.
