Lion Slots delaying payout

Posted: 6th August 2010, 3:54 PM by patriciamae1

I requested a wd on the july 30. I was told that I may or may not have to submit docs and the payout was processed in 2-5 days. Finally on 8/2 I ask them about my docs and payout. They had some problems, so they say, in getting the docs to me. So I had to create a gmail account and find the auth form in the spam folder. I filled it out and sent all required info to them. They say they did not get them until the 3rd and takes 2 days to process. Ok I gave then that. Today is day 3. Now they tell me they are having some delay just processing my docs and they have not even started on my wd. I think they are delibertly doing this because I did voice my opinon about how they are lying to people about there payout procedures and demaned they process my docs and pay me!!! Can you help me? Thank you for your help.

Good day,

I see that this player was paid in full on August 7th.

After reviewing the emails between the player and support, it seems that the player was under impression that we do cashouts on the weekend. Unfortunately, this is not the case. If the website states "2-5 days" as opposed to "2-5 business days" I will be sure to have that changed, as they are two completely different timelines.

Unfortunately, we then got backed up with several cashouts (from previous management) and were late 1 day in payment.

I hope this clears this issue up a little for you.

Kind Regards,
Shannon

It would be great if the online casino industry could adopt some 20th century functionality and allow for the simple upload of documents via secure channels to a to a secure remote server.

888casino has taken this brave 'leap' into the 'future':

Ironically, they're not exactly the shining lights for fast payment once you're verified, but in this they are leading the field - a field who lags far behind on this issue, SO far behind some Playtech operators request notarized documents be sent to Manila, Philippines by snail mail].

I lived in Manila once. I got about 10% of incoming mail. Even junk mail gets stolen / misplaced. And of course, the operators would be aware of that fact. Why else would they demand it? The first person who says "CS are based there" gets destroyed and ridiculed, by themselves - with my assistance. Good luck!

We live in a technological world where children can upload entire videos onto Internet servers with ease. But snail mail for highly sensitive documents and emails that Google says were delivered but casinos swear they never received?

It would be nice if online casinos who deliver huge download applications from their servers to your PC in seconds - could also accept a few incoming scans from your PC to their servers.

Would be nice, but that would negate all the wonderfully frustrated gamblers who - quite coincidentally - have playable balances sitting there they are prevented from cashing out. And that would simply not do. No, no let's not fiddle with a tried and proven failed method when the technological solution is painfully superior. Tight industry!
