Lincoln Casino - tournaments that don't exist

I received an email from Lincoln Casino to join them in an exclusive tournament on 1/26/14 starting at 12:01 am EST and my account was pre registered. Needless to say I go to join in and there is no tournament of that name. I contacted support and sent the email I was sent, she was very confused and had to get back to me on the subject. I received an email telling me that only Liberty Slots was having that tournament (which I spend plenty of money at), sorry for the inconvenience but I can enroll you in the black jack tournament. I asked why I just cant be put in the one at Liberty because they are sister casinos.... I don't want to play black jack I like video poker only. This is not the first time I've been sent the wrong emails saying these sorts of things, also confused why I can't play for more then 1 hour on $50? its sucked out before I know it!! Can't afford it anymore even though I love Lincoln Casino :(

I was looking forward to the tournament that I was invited to by email. Then when I contacted your casino and I was told sorry that was for Liberty Slots, so I asked if they could put me in the Liberty Slots one since you are sister casinos. I was told no but we will enroll you in the Blackjack tournament. I wrote back right away and said I don't like BJ can I please be enrolled in a video poker tournament? No one ever got back to me at all!!! That was 4 days ago!! I love to play at Lincoln but my money goes way to fast, and promises are never kept.

Can you please contact the casino at 1-888-234-7217 or via live chat and ask to speak with Maria or Eric who will be on the day and night shifts today. The night shift ends at 2 am eastern standard time.

I have instructed them to enter you into the upcoming video poker tournament and also to provide you with a comp for the inconvenience.

This issue should not have carried on for this period of time and again I apologize for the inconvenience.

I wanted to say that finally I was given entrance into the video tournament and given a bonus as well. I really enjoy Lincoln casino, but this should of never taken so long to be resolved. I thank you for the bonus and the tournament and I will be back soon :)
