JoyCasino - Applying absurd requirements just to be paid!

I won in JoylandCasino 4900€ .but they said that they can pay only 2x90€ in one week and 440€ in one month. I think this is unreasonable for player. They said that i have not deposited enough. When I asked how much I have to deposit so I can cash out my win they said if I will deposit because of this they will take all my wins and will close my account. I wonder is this honest business?

We want to remind that you were aware of our withdrawal limits. Withdrawal limits are set depending on the average deposit sum made within a month (this amount is calculated as an arithmetical mean for the last three months of player’s activity). Your status was Starter
According to the table, your daily limit was 100 USD, weekly limit – 200 USD, and monthly – 500 USD. You got your first payout according to the limits and after that started to play and lost the rest of amount. Please, pay your attention that we acted according to our T&C you agreed with and we couldn't do anything with your decision to play.
