LeoJackpot Casino - Payment issue..

I had an account with LeoJackpot . All document as request was send and approve when sign up ,when i request a a cash out all they do is send me the following and lock my account .

1st e-mail from Leo Jackpot

Dear Client,

there is a check in progress on Your Account.

According to our records we found out that You are sharing the same account of a common payment method (Moneybookers) with another user from our Leojackpot.com platform . This goes against our T&C clause "Promotions and Bonuses" (kindly see here: www.le­oja­ckp­ot.c­om­/he­lp/­?ma­in_­sid­=0&sid=14&sk=x ).

( As they only have few deposit method of course some time there would be common payment method with other player. Like i don't think they only have 2 customer at their casino at all, they seem making so stupid excuse here)Also moneybooker is a familiars deposit option in a lot of casino like here is ask gambler website a lot of casinos have moneybooker as dpeosit.
