They d me after one week to send in more docuements after i sent in copy of my card and my nationall id. I sent in documents from The Swedish Tax goverment witch they did not accept.
Now i have sent in Documents from My bank. Also they wanted a Picture of me next to my ID. They say it was to blury. It was not even a Little bit blury..... I ask them every day on the chatt and they promise to solve the problem next day. But every time its up to 96 h to getting an answear on mail.... This process has ben for about 9 Days....

I made an winning of 10000 euro. I just got out 3800 euros. The casino dosent answear at mails. At the chat the refer to mail. Their policy says they answear to mails in 24h but no... They asked me to contact My bank. And they say they Didnt get any money. First of all their rules of ranking out maximum 2000 euro eatch week is a big Scam. Then when they event pay it this amount of money i want to send out a BiG warning of this Hustler company

Initially there were issues with the verification of the documents you have provided, because they were not clear and "blurry". Please understand that a proper verification of the account, especially with a winning that high, is a standard procedure and is required from us to do.

However, once your documents were verified, you have been paid out your winnings without further ado, according to the weekly withdrawal limits that are specified in our terms & conditions.

Currently all withdrawals that have been requested have been processed. If you wish to withdraw your remaining winnings that are still on your balance, please request it by placing them under pending withdrawals.

The problem is that, as a custumer i feel unsecure when i dont get answers. And i started the whitdraw process in the Middle of september and have only recived 3 whitdraws. Thats a very long process.
