Late Withdrawal

I played at the casino with the 22 Euro welcome Bonus and managed to withdraw the little but nice win of 174,20 Euro.

I asked the live support if i fullfilled all the wagering requirements. They confirmed and said i could withdraw the winnings after i deposit 30 Euro to their casino. They also said i could withdraw the 30 euro together with the 174,20 i won. So i did as i was asked via neteller. This was the 27.01.2013. On the same days i sent them the security documents, which were approved on 29.01.2013. Since then 14 working days passed, nothing happened. i wrote two emails and had a chat with the live support but the casino support is always telling me "to wait, because the financial department is concidering my request".

So. i really ask the casino what needs to be "concidered"? As the live support told me i fullfilled the wagering. i deposited 30 euro via neteller and the security documents were proofed. In your FAQ you write winnings will be paid out after 7 days at maximum.

Do you really think with such late withdrawals, even if the winnings are that little like mine, customers will come back to your casino? Or are you not going to pay and steal my 30 euro instead?

The Casino called me again and asked for the mentioned utility bill. The guy spoke perfect german (my mother language) and was very friendly. I told him that i have sent it this morning. He checked and confirmed it. He promised the money will be paid out shortly.

I will write here again when i received money to my neteller account.

Stalling 300€ withdrawal

I received a bonus to play on this casino, before accepting it I asked for conditions and term, in order to be sure to receive my money in case of winning, I deposited 300 and I am now waiting for a withdraw of 302€. They asked me to send a lots of proof, I sent them everything and they sad it was ok, but that I have to wait 18 days before having my money (LOL)... 20+ days past and I still not have received anything... In chat they stopped replying pretending they forget how to speak english or italian PLEASE HELP ME

After withdraw request my account cwas losed for no reason and response from the support

After i registered at Play2Win Casino i made a deposit of 30€ along with their welcome bonus offer. After playing a certain time i passed the wager requirements of the welcome bonus and i decided to make a withdraw of 500€ via neteller. Shortly after this request the casino-support told me that because of the bonus terms the amount which they are going to payout is 387€ (which is ok - i read the terms) Nothing happend for about 2 weeks so i asked the support via email if there is a problem with my withdraw-request and if they need any documents etc. - no answer! After another week i asked a second time via email - but no answer again. Then i contacted the support via live-chat. The support-guy told me that he can't help me (no reason) and recommended to write en email. Another week passed by and i tried to login to my account but i can't. The system told me that my account is blocked and i should contact the support. So i wrote another email to the support and still got no answer. A few days later i registered an incoming money-transaction from Play2Win at my neteller-account - but only 30€ instead of 387€.

No Sign From My Withdrawal

Withdrawal of 1000 € takes forever

Dear Sir or Madam, I asked for a withdrawal more than 3 months ago. I sent the documents and everything was approved. After the waiting and more than ten emails sent to the casino support and to my account manager without any answer I asked for the withdrawal using Neteller on the 1st of October. Now, more than one month after that and having received the verbal confirmation from the accountancy department I am still waiting for the withdrawal without recieving any answer from the support department neither from my account manager. I ask for any information regarding the situation and the steps to be followed in order to get my withdrawal after more than four months. Than you very much in advance.

Missing funds/Delayed payment

I made a withdrawal request a month ago, sent in the required documents which were verified and was told I would receive payment shortly. It's been 2 weeks. I logged on today and found that my $1000 that I left on the account was gone as well as the $1000 withdrawal. I asked the online help and all they could say was that the account manager would send me an email. Haven't received any emails yet. I never did a reversal and that's what shows happened this morning but my last wager was 4 days ago. Where do you think the money disappeared to?

Stalling my payment for over a month now

Hello, I have withdrawn from the site 1000Pounds more than a months ago, after a withdrawal I have sent my documents and received reply that my documents is verified, since that it has been more than 1 month and I have not received my money, I have not received answer to any of my emails - have sent 5 of them, to payments@play2win... and documents@play2win.... but i got ignored every time, Could you please tell me I need to wait more or I can start contacting their licence holder, IBAS.co.uk or other services which may help me to get my money? Does not pay, impossible to contact them

Hi registred play2wincasino 23.11.2014 deposit money(dont play with any bonuses) and starting play. Won 98 eur.12.04.2015 requested withdrawl.Still without money and without any document request.Company also ignore emails,LIVE chat dont working.Please help with this counterfeiters.

I also tried to contact via live chat, by also no agent reply. The system tell me the agent will come shortly but after 20 mins waiting, still no agent show up. Ignoring me and refusing to pay my 65 GBP
