Hi , iam very disappointed at ruby slot casino, I have win $4,225 on a tournament and have being approved for my withdraw on September 9,2016 and as today over a month after I'm still not received my check, after cheating many times with than and have not a satisfied anwser I decide look for help, because it's over 73 days since I win and still not paid .

First, I must apologize for the delays, but also for my very slow reply. Unfortunately, I've been traveling for work and I'm now just trying to get caught up while still on the road.

I've looked at your account and I do see that payments have been sent off to processing. Unfortunately, I have limited access to information while I'm away--I'll have to speak with my colleague in the morning to get all of the information necessary to give you the answers you're looking for.

I've looked at the tracking and I do see your first payment is set to be delivered, Monday by 10:30 AM. I've sent your tracking information to you via PM, here at AskGamblers.

The remaining balance of your withdrawal has already been sent off and I'm hoping to have tracking on this, early next week. Of course, I'll update this thread as soon as the tracking becomes available.
