Wild Vegas Casino - Delayed payment

I had a withdrawl approved on2/11/2016 for $1975. Now there seems to be a delay in sending it to a processor for payment to me. Their communication via Live Chat and email has been very vague. I recently had a withdrawl from another casino in their group, and they were much more specific regarding the process, and it went smoothly and quickly. I would like to find out why this wihdrawl is taking longer, and why I can not get a specific answer regarding what is happening.

Although I still haven't been actually paid, I did receive an email from Wild Vegas stating that my payment was on the way, and that they would email me a tracking number soon. I will let you know when and if I do receive payment.

I received the check for $1935 winnings minus a $40 fee) on 03/24/2016. Just waiting for the check to clear. Thank you for your help, Ask Gamblers!
