SinCity Casino - No sign from my payment, support is not responding

it's been eight days now for Sin City casino to solve my withdrawal. nothing has happened. they ask me to contact their cashier departmentmen not a single answer to the judgment back to me. I have also contacted their live chat. they also they started ignonera me. I do not know what to do. it is about 615 euros. not the whole world but I actually had plans with that money. wath can i do? plese help me?

still no reply from them. this is crazy, I do not understand how a casino that has terms and conditions to us players, but on the other hand can not follow their own rules? it says that a withdrawal can take up to 48 hours if done to their online banking account (Skrill) .. do not understand how, for example NetEnt and all other machines can be on their online site? this casino should not be allowed to continue!

I have got 5528 SEK. It's remain Little. You can se how Much 615 euro is in SEK and send me the rest.
