Ladbrokes Casino - Awful Verification Process

I should have come on this site and read the complaints first about Ladbrokes, if I had then I never would have signed up.
Its difficult to describe how awful Ladbrokes have been but I will keep it factual. I signed up with them and won £6000, they then asked for documents to verify, this is where they became totally incompetent.
No member of staff seemed to know exactly what was acceptable and I was told conflicting information, then when I sent documents over i had to chase and days later they would come back with some reason for not accepting them, for example too small, not clear, not showing all edges or anything else that they saw fit.
I am now almost 2 weeks on and they really couldn't care less that I haven't been able to draw my money.
They even have a VIP team who also you have to constantly chase up.
There are plenty of casino's who do worthy your custom and I would recommend anyone to go elsewhere.
Still not resolved this today and still chasing.

As far as we can see you withdrew your funds just a few hours since the complaint was made, without giving us the chance to solve the issue.

New customer are requested to go through certain procedures, so we kindly ask you to please be patient in order to address this within an acceptable time frame.

Hello Ladbrokes, I do now have my funds but the process was awful and i think people need to be aware of that.
I think it is quite clear from your response to me that you see no wrong in your verification process timescales whereas I disagree, it was unreasonable and you kept coming back asking for further details and clearer images.
The one comment I would have is why is it that i can gamble as much as I like without verification but when it come to withdrawing it you then want to know more but you don't want to know more about the money as long as I keep spending and losing its only at the withdrawal stage.

Yes the complaint has now been fully resolved and I have withdrawn my funds successfully.
