Labdrokes Casino - 100% Welcome Match Bonus Not Credited!!!
On 10th May 2012 @ about 7am plus GMT, I've deposited £500 using Moneybookers. I played through £1232, I then submiited their claim form which was received by them as told by the online live chat agent. But after 48 hours, on 12th May 2012 @ about 11am plus GMT, my £500 bonus was still not credited. I chatted with online live chat agent-Paul, whom he told me the reason was because I did not played through my £500 deposit 20 times, which is £10000, he said I only played through £1232 As the requirement was 20 times played through for Moneybookers deposit. I told him that I'm unaware that Moneybookers deposit required to play through 20 times before I can submit their claim form. My understanding from their Qualifying Requirements was I need to wager ONCE my deposit, which is £500, then I can submit their claim form. After the 100% welcome bonus of £500 has been credited to the bonus balance, I need to wager 20 times for Moneybookers deposit, which is £10000 before the bonus will be transfer to the cash balance for withdrawal. Hence I'm not purposely not wanting to wager £10000 only then to submit their claim form. I've a misunderstanding for their Qualifying Requirements. If I'm aware I need to wager 20 times first on my £500 deposit for Moneybookers, I'll not deposit and play at Ladbrokes Casino. I've lose my £500 too. Please kindly assist me in getting my 100% £500 welcome bonus. Thank you.

18. As a result of bonus abuse, deposits made using Neteller and Moneybookers will be subject to a turnover requirement of 20 times the actual deposit level for all promotions. We reserve the right to recharge all banking fees on deposits, which are not turned over at this level. All other payment methods fall into the turnover requirements as specified in the rest of the terms and conditions of this promotional offer.

Your reply was not satisfactory! As bonus abuse was not me, it's unfair for me to wager my £500 deposit 20 times before submitting claim form! The customer services agent has replied to my email but still giving me the same unsatisfactorily answer similar to the first reply posted at askgamblers on

It seem like no matter how many times I email or posted on askgamblers.com, they will not give me the benefit of doubt or out of goodwill credit my Ladbrokes casino account with the £500 casino bonus!
