Klaver Casino - Breaking their own terms and conditions

I've attached emails showing how klaver casnio allowed me to open up 2 accounts and use 2 welcome bonuses , also I had a few loyalty points on both account but they wouldn't allow me to convert them together for a bonus ? Then they closed my account without reason ..
I would like to know why my account was closed and I would really like my accounts reopened and all my loyalty points combined for a bonus . Also klaver casnio were allways issuing me free spins on a daily basis but once I questioned about 2accounts I never again received free spins ..

They broke there own rules ... Players have a right to know

They sent me and email in Dutch language saying I have a message in my account , I tried to log in both accounts are blocked .. I,Ve attached the email

Dear Browny66,

Thank you for your message and bringing this to my attention.

You make several claims in your complaint, I will answer them one by one:

* The reason that your account was closed is very simple. As you concluded yourself already, making a second accounts is not allowed at Klaver Casino. I can see that David has closed your second account as soon as he found this out.
* The amount of points was not enough to exchange for bonus money (a minimum of 1000 points is required) - not even if we take the sum of both accounts.
* There were no free spins missed.

I have forwarded this matter to the support team as these things (second account) should never happen - my apologies for this.

At this stage there is nothing more we can do for you as your account is closed and can not be re-opened.

Good to see you could reply , now I,ll run through wat really happened ..
If u bothered to read the emails I posted I NEVER said to close my account permanently, I said close my account for a while .. Now in your terms and conditions it says I can reopen the account in 30 days if I remember correctly.

When I tried to reopen my account YOUR SUPPORT AGENT had permanently closed the account . Not my choice or my decision . Then Amber instructed me to open another account , if u need some chats provided I can do so .

The only agent that really tried to help me was Merlin , the rest said it was ok including David , he even gave me a bonus on the account . Davis knew about it day in day out . Also why didn't David tell me this when he closed my account he couldn't even give a reason .. U might want to go read through the chats or would u like me to post them on here

4 days in a row I asked to speak to the casnio manager and everyday I was told he's busy atm , he will contact you .. STILL WAITING BY THE WAY .

Your casnio breached its own terms and conditions and no one really cared or blinked and eyelid , yet you can write I breached the terms and conditions , this situation is KLAVER CASNIOS fault and no one else's .

I don't want any part of your casnio but players have a right no know wat the casnio did ,
