JackpotCity Won't pay winnings of $38,000
On approximately 22nd December 2010 I deposited $100 into Jackpot City Casino. After playing and winning a large amount I decided to cash out at $38,000. The casino then locked me out of my account and denied me my winnings with no explanation. After several attempts of communication to them, I later learnt that they weren't going to pay me my winnings because I was 'linked' to another member of their casino group that was disputed unauthorised transactions. I thought I could resolve this with them in email communication but they have constantly ignored me and left me with no answers. I think this is unfair as I have nothing to do with the problem between Bellerock Entertainment and the other player. I set up my own account using my details, my credit card and won legitimately. This has been stressful and hurtful. Before taking legal action I decided to see if you could help me.

We have contacted casino support many times and sent out dozen emails but no one has ever replied. Today, they promissed us that we will receive a reply soon, so we decided to reopen this case and try once again.
