Jackpot247 Casino doesn't refund my deposit

I started to play in jackpot247 using their free 10 bonus.
Finally I won a little, made a deposit to verify my neteller and requested a withdrawal. Financial team required my id, utility bill and photo of me holding this passport.
Google says Jackpot247 likes to mock their players, there are a lot of incidents when people were required to make photos with their docs, newspapers and explain Jackpot247 managers how exactly they played.
I sent my passport and proof of address and asked Jackpot247 to close my account and refund my deposit.
Finally my account is closed but Jackpot247 holds my money. I got 2 stupid letters that they can't return my own money because they want photo of me holding my passport and don't believe that I'm who I'm without it.

Please help me to return my money and punish Jackpot

Hi,

We have checked over the player's account. As he has mentioned we have asked for some additional verification by email. At present we have received the player's ID and utility bill and are just waiting for a picture of the player holding their ID. Once we receive and approve this document we will consider the account fully verified and be able to release the player's pending withdrawals.

At the player's request we have closed his account, but we cannot process a refund of the player's deposit until the verification process is complete. The player also has £900 as a pending withdrawal along with £128.10 in their balance that they will be able to withdraw once the process is complete.

Kind Regards,

Jackpot247

We have checked and can see our finance team confirmed receipt of the final document last night. As such the player's account is reopened and the pending withdrawal will be processed.

@petperk10,
It's a nice practice to confirm if your complaint is resolved or not, thank you.
