Jackpot247 Casino - Not willing to cooperate

My problem is that I have moved back to my home country and wanted to update my account - change adress, Have sent them my passport and utility bill with new adress but Jackpot247 Casino Support thinks that they are god`s and they shouldnt answer to emails, I have wrote about 12-15 emails have received only 1 reply that they need my old adress bill, but how I can provide that if I have moved to another country almost year ago? I have 60 pounds struck there, could someone please help me sort out this problem?

The player failed our initial age verification check on 22nd January 2015 when they registered. This triggered a request for some documents to verify their age and identity - some form of ID and a proof of address. We have received and accepted the ID, however all documents the player has sent for proof of address have been for an address outside the UK. The player joined less than six months ago and claimed at the time to live in the UK, which is something that we need to evidence before we can approve any payments.

Once we have received the documents confirming both the player's UK address AND new address we can update the account. Provided the player has moved to a country where we accept players we will be able to allow the player to continue to play.

I didnt know that I need to carry all my life previous adress bills with myself, sorry, its my bad!!!!! I dont have that bill, sorry, I think i have rights to get back my deposit at least, but anyway, this is pretty unfair that basically I cannot change my adress if I dont have previous adress bill, I will contact your licence holder in this matter if this even is fair.

We would like to reiterate that the player has not been able to verify himself with the documents provided. After some investigation we can confirm that the first IP address used by the customer to join is linked to a cloud hosting service which would suggest the player was not in the UK at the time of registration. Furthermore a subsequent login attempt was traced to Latvia which is a country that we do not allow registrations or gameplay from at Jackpot247.

The account will therefore remain closed and no funds will be returned until we have been able to successfully verify that the customer was living in the UK at the time of registration.
