Jackpot Grand Casino Does Not Payout!

Jackpot Grand Casino has declined my payment and never provided any reason. This came as a shock because they had previously paid me. I have provided an email showing me requesting the funds and them never providing a reason for the decline.

I have gone through their verification process, do not have bonus to play through, etc.

This is unacceptable and ever since this happened I haven't deposited into any online casino.

Jackpot grand has processed my withdrawal and I have received my money. I would like to thank Anita for handling my complaint in such a quick and professional manner - it is greatly appreciated and I plan to play again soon.
