I recently joined this onlien gaming site: Jackpot City Casino.

Apparently, after a few streaks of luck, I was able to successfully earn US$105 (wage requirements fully accomplished)

I tried to withdraw through Skrill but it did not give me the option to (funny since I used Skrill to deposit).

I was then adviced to withdraw through SWIFT.

I was assisted by support in fully accomplishing the SWIFT form. I processed a withdrawal on the 13th of March 2014. I was adviced that it takes 3-7 business days for the amount to show up in my bank.

I waited. After 5 days, I followed up with my bank and they notified me that there is no pending funds to be cleared in my account.

I called up jackpotcity support and told them that but they told me that they have successfully paid out the winnings of US$105 on the 14th of March. I asked for proof of payout and was told they will email me the details.

It has been 10 business days. No payout was made, no proof that the payout was made. No feedback at all.

Support is giving me the run around telling me that a certain payout department is handling it but will not provide any details.

Please help out.
