Slotastic Casino - Delayed Withdrawal and Terrible Support!

Since sending my pay out info on the 7th of this month, this casino has still not made correction of a simple yet major mistake on the transfer they sent me. I've been playing here for 3 years and have deposited close to 8,000 usd here alone.....anyhow, on new years night I made a small deposit and miraculously won the most I ever have here, over 2,000 usd... so I go on to withdraw...That's when immediately iam thrown off the VIP and no longer able to receive bonuses. That's not what im upset about...why im pissed is because for weeks this so called reputable group has been telling me different lies from each representative I contact about making a simple call to WU and correcting
THEIR mistake on my country of residence! one call is taking them this long. I've also been laughed at by them as I attempt to repeatedly explain which you have to do each time you speak with someone! its coldhearted of them to treat me this way when ive been a customer this long and have deposited 20,000 usd in three years in all combined. ive only managed 1100 in cash outs since ive still not received this latest one. Where's the dignity?

Our payments department are still trying to retrieve the funds back from WU, which is not an easy task, even though it was rejected by them.

Ok this is exactly what this company said many times. And these funds remain unclaimed.

And that is so not true about you having difficulties retrieving these funds because I tracked them and they were indeed manually "picked up" in costa rica.
