All of the good reviews prompted me to open an account with this casino. Prior to this, I played exclusively at Club World Group casinos. I've never had any problems with payouts. I made several deposits with Jackpot Capital before my first withdrawal request for $250. As a US player, the only feasible option was a courier check ($30 processing fee). I was instructed to deposit it into my bank account (couldn't use check cashing service). After two days, it appeared that the check had cleared so I paid a couple of bills. Unfortunately, the check was later returned which sent my account into overdraft.
I contacted support at Jackpot Capital and Ashley explained that I would need to send the check back to them via UPS before they could issue a replacement payment. I explained that my bank still had the check and that the overdraft was jeopardizing my account status. After several pleas and copies of my online statement, Ashley sent me an email this morning which stated that a Western Union payout was being processed today for $187. I'm being charged an additional processing fee of $65! I'm extremely disappointed by this whole experience... disreputable, bad faith business practices don't deserve high ratings.
