Jackpot Capital Casino - Got Payment deposited then 4 days later returned

I have been a long time Player At Jackpot Factory and have had check from them before with no problems. I had won $800.00 and had a check sent to me and I deposited it on 2/21/2014 on 2/24/2014 I get a Returned Item From Previous Deposit and a $19.00 Charge Back Fee on my account.

on 2/25/2014 I logged into my account and asked what happened and I was told to return the check . I said it was deposited and rejected and this person seemed not to understand . I asked for a supervisor and was told none were avail.

Then I was told they would email pickup details I asked what they were talking about and was to so I can return the check. then I was disconnected.

I want my $800 I won ASAP and $19 fee I was charge for this .

 Jackpot Capital Casino and Jackpot Factory are not the same brand!

I had a typo it is Jackpot Capital . My Bank wrote me this when I asked why.

"I appreciate the opportunity to address this situation. Our records show that we were unable to collect on this check, as the issuing bank has informed us that the account number is invalid. This check is being returned to you by mail. Please allow three business days plus mailing time to receive this check back."

As I keep telling you guys there is only a copy of the returned check from my Bank because your bank did not honor I have a photo copy of it and the return charges .

Hi Brian,

Our check processor reported back to us that the check is good to be cashed, the account is working and payments are clearing on this account daily.

However, in an effort to clear up this issue, please respond to our e-mail sent earlier today that you don't have the original and please let us know how you wish to receive this payment (via another check or another payment method).

Kindly note that it will be processed on Monday.
