I've been going back and forth via email with my VIP host Megan Cruz, since I won my earnings and was approved after submitted the correct authorization forms to be paid on April 29th 2016! I keep getting my hopes up as to when it's going to come. If your policy says 7-10 business that is what people will expect! If it exceeds that time frame you should probably update your account so people won't waste their time. I'm a very valuable customer and I don't appreciate being treated the way I have. I put money into your company so I expect to get paid what you owe me. I was told that it was escalated several times and shouldn't take long since I'm a VIP Player, and still today is day 57 and NOTHING! I'd like answers please.

I'm very sorry for the frustration and delays you've experienced with this.

I've looked into your account and I do see the payment has been sent off. I would expect to see the tracking on this before the end of the week--generally, payment is delivered the same or next day that we receive the tracking.

As soon as the tracking hits my desk, I'll post with an update.
