It's been 4 months and Grand Parker Casino has not been paid me

everything started on January 17th. I just download the song to the casino and I deposit some money in there and I got some good deposit bonuses and everything seems good until I won. I would like my money from the casino I even did the the fair pay in payout for to aquire a withdrawl balance. I have made about 7 to 10 attempts to withdraw my money from the account I've waited 10 day waiting. When I will call them they would say all they sent it I never got anything I did 5 transfer to my account never got anything finally I stop a hold of someone in finance department name amber and Amber sent me 2 checks 1 check was for bank out of Africa my bank refuse to cash the check the second check came from JP Morgan Chase Bank and when I attempt to deposit the check my bank refuse cash it I took it to a Chase branch to branch manager told me they refuse cash it because the Account on this check did not exist.please help me I've posted numerous complaints in the last 4 months about the situation and nobody has attempted to help me I'm literally on my knees begging right now please help me please please help me I have several complaints about the situation on the board please
