It has been 16 days since my withdrawal was approved

I have talked to a real person and also used online help. My withdrawal was approved on 10/14 and I still haven't received my check. I also had a withdrawal requested on 10/07 and they did not approve it until 10/28. I was told numerous times it takes 10 days for approval and 10 business days for the approved withdrawal to be processed. When I talked to online help today she said it was 10 to 20 days. I have never had this with other casinos. I would appreciate any help you could give me
