Cosmik Casino - Accused me of Irregular Play without valid reason

Hello

I have recently had my withdrawal refused by Cosmik it was for 340euros. I have just logged into my account to see that they have credited my last deposit to my account of 35.01 but where have the other 305euros gone.

I was told that my withdrawal had been rejected for irregular play but I had just played normal games mainly blackjack with 10euro hands which was the minimum bet on the table. So how is this irregular play?!

This query still has not been resolved. A payment to me is still showing as pending in my account but have been told that the payment has already gone through. Only time will tell whether it has or not therefore I kindly request that this query remains open.

I received an email yesterday from Cosmik stating that my withdrawal had been accepted. However, it shall now take 5 days for the money to reach my account. I would like to keep this query open until it is resolved hopefully that will be in 5 days time. Many thanks.

Yes the query has now been resolved. For all the players, please be aware of the terms and conditions of the casino as this caused significant problems for me which I didn't expect to encounter but the casino's approach to customer service and the quality it has within that department has restored it's credibility.
