Royal Vegas Casino - Invalid transactions in Excess of $13 000

I have been playing at royal vegas for few weeks now.until today I had no issues. today I played $500 and lost the money. I have a habbit of always checking my account to make sure everything is ok .To my surprise I had transactions amounting to $13000 which were not mine.I contacted the casino and they said that the money has been played out and there is nothing they can do.Then I called all my banks and blocked the cards as I suspect something fishy now.Unfortunately I have to wait for all the transactions to be processed before card companies can do anything.I have written an email to Royal Vegas casino and hopefully they will find the problem and not charge my cards or refund the money back.If not I am screwed as the banks said it can take a long time for these kind of disputes to be resolved.Fingers crossed .

We conducted a thorough investigation into these transactions and we could not find any substantive evidence to suggest that your account has been compromised.

We have, however, voided these transactions and the funds should not be deducted from your account.
